Meet Ceiba

Ceiba is a mother, companion and body therapist. She has more than 15 years of experience in accompanying women through various phases of life from supporting births, working with women in one on one sessions, online trainings and support, and more.


Her passions and areas of service area:

Guardian of birth at home: traditional midwifery model-
Holistic Doula, specialized in postpartum.

Body therapist specialized in Craniosacral, Biodynamic Presence, and trauma-informed perinatal somatic therapy approach for pregnancy, postpartum and babies.

Aquatic therapist, creator of water doula trainings.

Yoga teacher- specialized in restorative and
prenatal yoga certified by Yoga Alliance.

She started practicing meditation at age 16, from then on has studied Buddhism, herbalism, janzu, somatic education, traditional midwifery and traditional Mexican healing.

She has had the pleasure of studying, learning, and sharing with healers from Oaxaca and central Mexico, as well as midwives: Guadalupe Trueba, Cristina Alonso, Norma Emilia Escalante, Doña Rafaela Canek, Angelina Martinez, Alina Bishop, Jane Hardwik Collings, Suely Carballo, Whapio, Sunni karll, among others.

She is also the creator of UteroAmor and instructor in retreats and workshops on feminine wisdom for women at all stages of life in Europe, Canada, and Mexico.
